How to have Healthy Strong nails

Eat Healthy & Drink loads of water

Try to eat a lot of protein as that is what the nails are made up of. Foods such as seafood, fish, meat, chicken are high in protein. Also, fruits and vegetables are great for your nails, & also gives you clear skin.

Don’t use nails as tools

When you use nails as tools, your nails may bend back.If you’re opening letters or boxes, instead of using your nails, try to use scissors or a sharp knife to open it.

Take Biotin Supplements

Biotin is a natural supplement and has helped me a lot with nail growth. It helps to keep nails healthy and strong

Apply Cuticle Oil daily

Cuticle oil is great for keeping the cuticles moisturised and hydrated

Don’t bite your nails

Biting your nails obviously makes your nails extremely short & over time will become deformed with bumps and ridges. Try to always have your nails painted as it will keep you away from biting your nails as it doesn’t taste great. But the cons of constantly always wearing nail polish can dehydrate your nails
